Welcome to the official ticketing website for the Grand Egyptian Museum

The GEM Complex is now offering limited access to test site readiness and the visitor experience ahead of the official opening.

Admission is currently limited to the Main Galleries, Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, commercial area, and exterior gardens. Access to the Tutankhamun galleries and Khufu's Boats Museum is restricted until the official opening.

Please note that this is the only official website for purchasing tickets to the GEM. The museum is not responsible for tickets bought from other platforms.

Daily except Saturdays and Wednesdays

• GEM Complex: 8:30 AM – 7 PM
• Galleries: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Last ticket purchase: 5 PM

Saturday and Wednesday

• GEM Complex: 8:30 AM – 10 PM
• Galleries: 9 AM – 9 PM
• Last ticket purchase: 8 PM

Ramadan Hours (March 1 - 29)

• GEM Complex: Daily from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
• Galleries: Daily from 9 AM to 4 PM
• Last ticket purchase: 3 PM
